For freelance writers and content marketers

AI does the research. You do the writing. Publish human-written content that ranks.

blogawesome learns each client's voice, competitors and content gaps, then hands you an outline that's ready to write. You write every word, so it reads human because it is. And you get hours back to take on more clients and grow your writing business.

“Nathan, a freelance marketer, cut client articles from about 2 hours to 1 with blogawesome.”

  • Outlines that don’t read like every other AI article
  • About 2x faster per article
  • More clients and more income in the same hours

Best if you can publish to the site. Setup takes about a minute.

Who it's for

Built for writers who publish.

Freelance writers with repeat clients

You write for several brands a month and each one sounds different. Keep every client's context in one place.

Content marketers with CMS access

You own the blog, or you have the login to publish for your clients. Plan, outline and ship from one workspace.

Writers with their own blog

Grow your own site between client work, with outlines built from your own past posts.

Best if you can publish to the site. If someone else has to approve and post every article, blogawesome will still help you plan and outline, but you'll get the most from it when you can publish.

The problem

Every chatbot gives you the same outline.

Type a title and a keyword into any AI chat and you get the article a thousand other writers already got. Your client is paying for something better.

Same headings, every time

Generic AI suggests the structure everyone already ranks with. Nothing in it is yours or your client's.

A fresh brief for every client

New brand, new tone, new competitors. You rebuild the context from scratch before you write a word.

Research eats the writing time

Half the hour goes on working out the angle and what to cover, not on the writing your client hired you for.

How it works

You bring the words. We bring the angle.

  1. 1

    Add a client

Paste their website. blogawesome reads it and builds a knowledge base: what they sell, who they sell to, their customers' pain points, FAQs and competitors. Edit anything.

  2. 2

    Teach it the voice

Paste one or more of your past articles for that client, or a URL. blogawesome extracts tone, structure, heading style and CTA approach into a style guide. Set point of view, must-mention points and house rules like British English or no em dashes.

  3. 3

Pick an idea, or bring your own

Get topic ideas tuned to each client's audience and the gaps their competitors leave, each with a target keyword, a reason and a format. Or add your own title, SEO keyword and outline.

  4. 4

    Get the outline, then write

Click Outline for an angle, section headings with notes on what to cover, a research checklist (what to find and where, never invented stats) and three title options. Or generate a full draft and keep only its structure. Then go straight to Google Docs, or wherever you write, and start writing.

Same title: “How to choose a VPN for remote teams”

Representative example

Typical ChatGPT outline

  • 1. Introduction to VPNs
  • 2. Why remote teams need a VPN
  • 3. Key features to look for
  • 4. Top VPN options compared
  • 5. How to set up a VPN
  • 6. Conclusion

Generic structure – the same headings thousands of articles already use.

blogawesome outline

Angle

Skip the “what is a VPN” primer – lead with the compliance gap SMB IT leads actually ask about.

  • Where consumer VPNs fail remote SMBs
    • Shared IPs vs client allowlists
    • Device posture the reader can check
  • Decision checklist for your stack
    • Must-mention: client's product differentiators
    • POV: second person to the IT buyer
  • Research to do
    • Pull competitor docs on split tunnelling claims
    • Find a current GDPR / remote-work guidance link (don't invent a stat)

Built from the client's site, voice and competitors – you write the paragraphs.

Multi-client

Every client, their own voice, one login.

Each client gets their own workspace with their own knowledge base, voice, competitors, keywords and ideas. Switch between them from the dashboard without mixing anything up, so writing for several clients in the same week stops being hard. Starter covers 5 client brands. Standard covers 15.

  • ✓Separate knowledge base and style guide per client
  • ✓Topic ideas generated per client, with keyword and rationale
  • ✓A content calendar per client, with every article held for your review if you want
  • ✓Publish to the client's WordPress (Starter+) or Shopify (Standard), or to any site via webhook
  • ✓Archive an idle client to free a brand slot, restore when you need them
Your words

Your words. Our research.

The human part

Your clients hire you because you write well, and they expect a human-written piece of work. blogawesome doesn't change that. Outline mode never writes paragraphs. It gives you the angle, the structure and the research to do, and you write the article. The voice on the page is yours.

The engine

Under the hood, blogawesome combines everything it knows about each client (their site, competitors, keywords and the articles you've fed it) to find the narrow gap between what's already published and what the reader still needs. That's why the structure doesn't look like every other AI outline.

From Nathan, freelance digital marketer

“It no longer takes me two hours to produce a piece of work for a client – it takes me one.”

– Nathan, freelance digital marketer

“It works 10 times harder than any other AI tool I've ever used.”

– Nathan, freelance digital marketer

“If I was to put a title into ChatGPT with a keyword, or even into Gemini with a keyword, it's going to tell me exactly what a thousand other articles have written before. And that's not what my client wants.”

FAQ

Questions writers ask

  • Only if you want it to be. Outline mode gives you an angle, section headings with notes, a research checklist and title options, and no paragraphs. You write the article. If you'd rather start from a full draft, blogawesome can write one too, and many writers keep just the headings and write the rest themselves. Either way, what goes to your client is your call.
  • We don't promise to beat AI detectors, and no tool honestly can. Detectors judge the text on the page, and with outline mode that text is yours: blogawesome gives you structure and research notes, not sentences. What we change is the starting point. Instead of the same outline every chatbot produces for a keyword, you get a structure built from your client's site, competitors and the gaps in what's already published. Nathan, a freelance digital marketer, told us that about half the time he runs an article written on blogawesome's headers through GPTZero, it comes back with no AI flagged – anecdotal, attributed, and not a product claim.
  • ChatGPT and Gemini are great writing companions, but they start from zero every time unless you rebuild the context. blogawesome keeps a knowledge base, competitor list and learned style for each client, and builds every outline from that, so you don't re-brief the AI for every article.
  • You'll get the most from blogawesome if you do. You can always copy your finished article out. One-click WordPress publishing is on Starter and above, Shopify is on Standard, and webhook publishing (for custom sites with a developer) is on every plan. Connecting WordPress uses an Application Password from the client's WordPress dashboard, not their login. Managed hosts like Bluehost are supported when Application Passwords are enabled.
  • Yes. Add any title, your own SEO keyword, and optionally the sections you want covered in order. blogawesome builds on your structure.
  • From three places: the client's website, the details in their knowledge base (audience, pain points, point of view, must-mention points), and sample articles you paste in or link. blogawesome turns the samples into a style guide covering tone, structure, heading style and how they handle calls to action. Outline mode uses those same voice inputs for the angle and section notes.
  • 5 on Starter and 15 on Standard. Each one has its own workspace. Archive an idle client to free a slot, then restore when you need them again.
  • There's no free trial right now. You can start on Starter monthly or save 25% with annual billing. Cancel anytime.
  • Yes. Starter is $441 a year and Standard is $711 a year, both 25% off monthly.
  • Any time, from your billing page. Everything you've generated stays yours.

Leave the research to AI. Write what only you can.

Set up your first client in about a minute, then spend the hours you save on more clients, not more research. Best if you can publish to the site.
